Amanda P Ndambe
APLS Holding follows a decentralised management model, and management endeavours to be open and approachable encouraging full communication between all individuals across the company. APLS Holding and Logistics’s management team comprises representation from across the company divisions and is heavily represented by the control functions. This structure ensures decisions are taken in consideration of all aspects and risks and are not just made based on commercial terms. The management team follows a rigorous approach to risk management and a strong ethical and compliance culture from all employees of the company
Amanda P Ndambe has 20 years of global experience in diverse technical, managerial and operational roles in the oil and gas industry.
Ndambejoined APLS Holding in 2009 and has held a variety of technical, asset management and operational positions covering the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Most recently, he was President of APLS Holding thailand managing the company’s largest operated business.
Before joining APLS Holding (Pty) Ltd, Ndambeworked with Schlumberger covering various technical and commercial assignments across the Middle East, North America and Southeast Asia.
Ndambeholds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science & Technology, UK.
